To ensure recording of potential incidents relating to business ethics, Nordic Semiconductor has introduced whistleblower channels and processes to handle these.
Employees and other stakeholders are encouraged to report about any misconduct related to Nordic Semiconductor’s business by use of its implemented whistleblower channel. Any such reports are taken seriously by the company, and a process is in place to ensure proper handling of such issues, including confidentiality, non-retaliation and follow-up actions.
